The squeaker’s still going after a few weeks of daily tugging, which is more than I can say for most toys. That said, the fuzz is already looking ragged and the seams are starting to fray at the ends, so I’m not sure it’ll survive another month with my chewer.

Outward Hound Invincibles Snakes

We brought this to the lake and it floated like a champ during fetch, plus the starfish arms are tough enough that our pup hasn’t ripped a single seam in three weeks of tugging. My dog’s gums are sensitive, but the fabric feels soft on them even when she chomps down hard, so it’s a win for both of us.

Tuffy Dog Toys General the Starfish

My two pit bulls have gone through every toy we've thrown at them, but this one actually survived a full month of daily tug-of-war. The tough rubber construction holds up way better than anything else I've tried, and they still go crazy for it every time.

Ruff Dawg Indestructible Dawg-Buster

My last two dogs have shredded every toy labeled “tough” in under an hour, so I was skeptical, but the DestructoSaurus JR has actually held up for a full week of daily tug-of-war. The stitching around the seams is the real difference—it’s tight and layered, not the usual single-stitch that rips open fast. Only reason it’s not five stars is the legs are starting to fray a bit, but the main body is still solid.

Tuffy Dog Toys DestructoSaurus JR

My husky goes through almost everything in a week, but this stick finally stopped him in his tracks. The natural rubber is thick enough that even his back molars just bounce off it, and after a month of daily tugging there’s barely a dent. He’ll chew on it for an hour straight and then flop down exhausted, which is exactly what I needed.
